Watermelon is practica lly synonymous with summer. To make a cocktail with this mouth-watering fruit, start by making simple syrup, which entails simmering one-quarter cup of water with one-quarter cup of sugar in a saucepan. Once the sugar is dissolved, allow the liquid to cool. Next, puree 8 cups of diced seedless watermelon in a blender until it is smooth.
Then, strain as much juice as possible and discard the pulp (or find other uses for it). Finally, combine the simple syrup and the watermelon juice in a large pitcher and add one-quarter cup of fresh lime juice, one and three-quarters cups of blueberries, eight sprigs of mint, one and a quarter cups of tequila, and ice, and then stir. Enjoy!
